A second refresher session covering pension auto enrolment, SMP/SSP and salary sacrifice (how it works and what payments are currently covered)

We will cover the following:

• Auto-enrolment: who qualifies, postponement, tax relief, net pay vs relief at source, providers;
• SMP/SSP: entitlement, government support for employers, employment rights, leave;
• Salary sacrifice: setting up a scheme, tax and NIC savings, childcare vouchers, nurseries, cycle to work, pension contributions.

This workshop is aimed at those who have a basic knowledge of the issues involved, but who are looking to offer more detailed advice to their clients.
